At EQ|HOUSE PTY LTD we do things a little differently. For starters, we take a great deal of care when we handle your personal information and we do so in line with the 13 Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) that can be found at the OAIC website (www.oaic.gov.au).
EQ|HOUSE PTY LTD has developed a simplified and extended policy to help you better understand how your data is stored and used by us, as well as the purpose for which it is used and why. This simplified Privacy Policy applies to personal information collected by EQ|HOUSE PTY LTD (www.eq-house.com).

Our Obligations
EQ|HOUSE PTY LTD is guided by the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act. We care about our users and do everything we can to adhere to the 13 Australian Privacy Principles as per the OAIC guidelines.
Vendor Registration Disclaimer
Vendors may register, or request for updating of existing registration information, electronically by contacting admin@eq-house.com. The information submitted via e-Registration will be reviewed for compliance with EQ-House requirements. After completion and upon approval of registration by EQ-House, Vendors will be notified of their registration along with their unique Vendor Code.
Notification of Registration does not signify or confirm EQ-House's qualification or pre-qualification of any Vendor or scope of work. The award of any business by EQ-House or its clients will follow established procedures for Tendering, bidding, evaluation, and award.
EQ-House Pty Ltd reserves the right to modify both the Vendor Registration Process and its procedural administration at its discretion and this may be done without prior notice.
